Day 1: Irkutsk.

We meet at Irkutsk Airport and transfer to our accommodation in the city. This day is yours to relax after a flight.

Day 2: Olkhon island.

After brekfast in the hotel, we board the fast boat «Raketa» and heading to Olkhon island — the biggest island of lake Baikal. Accommodation on island, rest.

Cape Burhan is one of the iconic landmarks of Olkhon Island. Its often photographed image has become a symbol of Lake Baikal. Jutting out into the clear blue waters of the lake is Shamanka (Shaman Rock). Both the Buryat shamans and Buddhists believe the ancient rock to be one of the most sacred places in Siberia, home to the guardian spirits of the lake. An ancient myth tells of a spiral staircase leading from the peak of the rock to a temple in the sky, only visible to enlightened people. Near the cape, modern excavations have revealed prehistoric man and ancient tombs dated back to the Neolithic and Late Iron Age.

Day 3: Khoboy cape.

Today, as an option, we offer you a 4x4 excursion to the Northest part of the island — Khoboy cape - a sacral place for shamans.

Day 4: Ogoy island.

Today, as an option, you can enjoy a boat trip to Ogoy island, where Budhists Mortar is located. Mortar or the «stupa of enlightenment» symbolizes in the modern interpretation the goal of the Buddhist path.

Day 5: Irkutsk.

After breakfast, we depart Olkhon island for the journey back to Irkutsk city. On arrival, we transfer to our accommodation in the city. City tour after rest.

Day 6: Taltsy - Listvyanka.

After breakfast we’ll head to the impressive ethnographic open-air museum, Taltsy. After lunch we’ll transfer to Listvyanka village, a settlement on the shore of Lake Baikal.

The Taltsy museum is one of the most unique museums in Russia, containing many examples of traditional Siberian architecture. Old wooden buildings from nearby villages in the Angara valley have been reassembled on the Taltsy museum grounds to create an experience almost like travelling back in time. The collection includes more than 40 historical-architectural monuments and about 9000 items of historical significance.

Day 7: Listvyanka.

Today you will have a choice of many leisure and recreation options in the Listvyanka village and its surrounding areas.

Day 8: Trans-Siberian - The Circum-Baikal - Sludyanka - Arshan.

Today we invite you to enjoy the historic part of Trans-Siberian - The Circum-Baikal Railway. Our trip begins from the Listvyanka village and ends in Sludyanka. After you'll be transfered to Arshan village for overnight ina basic russian guest house.

Day 9: Zhemchug.

After breakfast you'll enjoy some excursions in Arshan village. After lunch bathing in thermal springs in the village Zhemchug or excursion to the Valley of Volcanoes.

Day 10: Arshan - Irkutsk.

After breakfast in Arshan, you'll be transferred to Irkutsk city for your flight back home.
